IFCN Diversity Equity and Inclusion Statement

The IFCN is aware of its responsibility to be a model for our members in diversity, equity and inclusion as well as in academic and research. IFCN realises that diversity and inclusion can affect our organization positively.

In all our activities we strive to represent and include all those within our community, from all regions and levels and to be as balanced, inclusive and diverse as we can. IFCN will:

  • Encourage diversity, equity and inclusion in all its activities
  • Foster a culture of inclusion beginning at the leadership and committee levels
  • Support members from high and low resource countries and/or underrepresented groups in their professional journeys
  • Increase opportunities for members to participate in IFCN committees, activities, and workshops
