Honors & Awards

The IFCN offers fellowships to attend the ICCN. Applicants must be aged 40 years or younger at the time of poster abstract submission, have an accepted poster abstract for this meeting, and indicate when submitting the poster abstract that they wish to be considered for this award. Payment of the fellowship will made electronically following the conclusion of the meeting (after verification of attendance). Applicants must pay for Congress registration. Decisions are made by the IFCN Awards Committee.

IFCN Delegates from less developed countries may be supported to attend the IFCN General Assembly at the ICCN. The IFCN offers up to 20 travel grants for IFCN delegates (up to USD $1,000). Must submit an abstract. IFCN Delegates have to register for the ICCN and must personally attend the meeting of the IFCN General Assembly (virtually or in-person).

Working groups with affiliations to IFCN may periodically require financial aid to offset some of the costs in organising meetings to draft new or update existing recommendations which may include Consensus Statements, Guidelines, and similar works.

The IFCN is pleased to announce the availability of funding to support such meetings. The maximum amount awarded will be $10,000 per meeting.
